Read Article Go to documentAn upcoming Fire Induction session gives new and existing firefighters a focused refresher on core skills, safety standards, and operational expectations. It brings everyone back to a consistent baseline, covering equipment checks, incident procedures, teamwork, and the behaviours expected across the Brigade. The session helps firefighters feel confident, prepared, and aligned with LFB values before stepping into operational duties - it will be broken into 2 phases. Phase 1 - Inital Theory and Phase 2 - Practical Training.
